CEO Leadership Summit Speech

I am a recently appointed CEO, promoted from COO in November of 2022. Our Company is very young 5 years and was built through acquisition. The company brings all of the key leaders (100 people) together in 4 weeks work for our Annual Leadership Summit. I will be kicking-off the event as the new CEO and need to deliver a powerful, motivational speech. I am a good (B+) public speaker but a below average writer.
