nsis installer creator

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a new NSIS installer that is designed to be compatible with Windows only. The installer should have basic user interaction only. The installer will contain a common ZIP file with a default target installation directory.

The following prerequisites are required or abort the installer:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- MS Excel installed
- MS Word installed

Installer features:
* Retain the directory structure on the ZIP file directory structure
* No uninstaller is necessary

User options:
* Option to choose a different target directory than the default
* Option to create a shortcut on the Windows desktop
* Option to create a shortcut in the Windows start menu

The resulting installer should meet all necessary requirements and be rigorously tested and developed in a professional manner.
