Spotify Account Country Changer Script

I need a proficient programmer to create a command-line script for Windows. This script should be able to take login details for a Spotify account, change the account's location to India and add it to a Spotify family.
Main responsibilities:
- Create an efficient, command-line script compatible with Windows operating system.
- The script should take the login credentials of a Spotify ID as input.
- It should then change the country of the Spotify account to India.
- After altering the location, the script should also be able to add the account to a Spotify family group.
I am looking for someone with:
- Proficiency in coding and script writing.
- Profound understanding of the Spotify platform and its functionalities.
- Ability to create an efficient, user-friendly command-line interface.
The main purpose of this setup is to share premium benefits with family members. I will also provide a screen recording of how this process can be done manually. Familiarity with Spotify's platform and experience in creating similar scripts will be a huge plus.
