Directory Structure:
\Folder1 To be specified
\Folder2 To be specified

Files:
RandonName.xls in Folder2
A.xls (source file) in Folder2
B.xls (template file) in Folder2 – Values in B.xls will reference cells from A.xls
C.xls (to be create in Folder1)

Task
Scan Folder2
When Any file other than B.xls or A.xls exists in Folder2 create file A.xls and then populate B.xls
Create a copy of B.xls in Folder1
Rename Folder1\B.xls to Folder1\C.xls where “C” is a value obtain from a specific Cell in C.xls
Delete all file in Folder2 but Not B.xls
