Description:
We are a growing MSP seeking a NinjaRMM (NinjaOne) expert for a project-based, remote role to help us fully implement, configure, and optimize the platform to meet our operational needs.
This project will include end-to-end setup of NinjaRMM, including ticketing system configuration, automation, endpoint deployment, and integration of our tool stack — with the ultimate goal of streamlining onboarding and MSP operations.
This is a remote position, open to freelancers globally.

Project Scope
1. NinjaRMM Platform Setup
• End-to-end setup of NinjaRMM, tailored to our MSP workflow
• Configure global policies and monitoring
• Automate onboarding workflows and endpoint deployment
• Set up system health checks, reboot logic, alerts, and auto-remediation tasks
• Set up scripts and policies for:
o Software installations
o Patch management
o Backup configuration
o Endpoint health checks
o Scheduled maintenance tasks (e.g., temp file cleanup, reboots)
2. Ticketing System – Full Setup
• Configure NinjaOne’s built-in ticketing system for MSP use
• Define workflows, priorities, and escalation paths
• Automate ticket creation from email, system alerts, and RMM events
• Set up technician queues, SLAs, templates, and auto-responses
• Ensure tickets are properly categorized, logged, and actionable
3. Software & Security Integration
• Automate deployment of common apps and tools across endpoints
• Integrate and manage:
o SentinelOne (Next-Gen AV)
o Pillr SOC/SIEM Agent
o Cloud backup platforms
o Ticketing-to-RMM alert pipelines
4. Maintenance & Scripting
• Automate recurring maintenance (temp file cleanup, browser cache, disk checks, etc.)
• Use PowerShell/Bash scripting to optimize system performance and compliance
• Set up logging and reporting for cleanup tasks
5. Documentation & Handoff
• Deliver detailed documentation of configurations and workflows
• Provide training session(s) for our internal team on how to manage and maintain the setup

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NinjaRMM/NinjaOne
• Deep understanding of MSP operations and ticketing flow
• Skilled in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
• Experience integrating security, backup, and monitoring tools
• Able to deliver both technical implementation and process design
• Excellent communicator who can document and train effectively
