Home Assistant Expert needed

For my Home Assistant setup I would need someone who can write me an automation which does the following: When motion sensor is detected, play a specific song or playlist (from Spotify) on a specific speaker (Alexa - echo or google speaker). Music should stop playing if no motion is detected for longer than 30 seconds. Access to my HA can be provided thru Link. Please only apply if you really know how to do this. Thank you!
