WP Design landing page and WPdiscuz plugin configuration needed

WP responsive landing page needed and Sign-up page needed so end-users (sport fans) can interact and comment on their team page. Freelancer will design team page to resemble mock-up (attachment) as well integrate wpDiscuz plugin functionality in team page and sign-up page. The login sign-up page is basic white no design needed.

The mock-up (attached) references “letters” to where functionality is needed:

A/B) trending bar showing the team with most comments
C) add search bar to find specific users, teams, #hashtags, etc
D) add sign-up option for fans to comment
E) add plugin survey poll
F) static team banner image (provided)
G) add total count of fans following team
H) add flow-flow plugin
J) 3 dots with functionality options: report user, block user, mute user
K) time stamp from fans comment

- Users must be able to follow topic also known as a team landing page
- WP template needs WPBakery editing capabilities
- Connect WP trending bar plugin to show which team has the most recent comments
- Install WP flow-flow plugin
