Configure windows pc 10 to avoid restart and autolaunch of software

I'm looking for someone to configure and/or write scripts
to avoid my pc to restart (windows 10)
also it should (if restarted for any reason), auto login, auto start a software (ctrader) and activate a few things

if needed to purchase an additional software, I'm ok to do it
