Build me a Forex Trading BOT

Hi, I’m looking for someone to build me an automatic trading bot that takes trades automatically when certain criteria has been meet. This is a trading strategy based on 3 moving averages but also needs to take into account higher timeframe and also Market structure. There is a couple other things also but can be discussed later. If you have experience within this field please get in touch. Also I need someone who actually has knowledge and expertise in building bots as well as knowledge in forex and technical analysis. Thanks
