Auto-Fill Form

Have a document that needs to be created into an auto-fill form - sometimes referred to as an auto-fill template. Currently, we manually fill in each blank spot, we want all the information to auto-fill throughout the document. We are looking for someone that has experience doing this not a beginner. We have several of these types of projects, so if this goes well there are several more to follow.
