Accel-PPP IPoE Setup on Debian

We are building a testbed environment for IPoE subscriber termination using Accel-PPP on a standalone Linux server. The goal is to move once correctly working configuration from VyOS 1.5 (where Accel-PPP is integrated) to a clean Debian- or Ubuntu-based system with full RADIUS integration, traffic shaping, and queueing mechanism FQ-CoDel.

Current Lab Environment
VyOS 1.5-based testbed with functioning IPoE using accel-ppp
Public IP for access and test clients ready
Functional RADIUS server (tested with both FreeRADIUS and a custom server)
- Session established, client logged in - working
- Framed-IP-Address - working,
- Rate-limit attributes - not working

Objectives
Finish on current Vyos:
- rate-limit using any vendor-specific rate-limit attributes
- apply traffic shaping using fq_codel
- configure interface scripts (IF-POST-UP) to apply per-session bandwidth settings

Replicate working VyOS config on a fresh Debian 10 (or Ubuntu LTS, if preferred)

Ideal Skills
Deep experience with Accel-PPP (IPoE, PPPoE, RADIUS, shaper)
Strong understanding of Debian/Ubuntu networking
Experience in ISP-level infrastructure (BRAS, FRAMED-IP, RADIUS integration)
Experience tuning Linux queueing disciplines (tc, fq-codel) and writing custom interface scripts

Familiarity with VyOS internals is a plus

Deliverables
Working Accel-PPP IPoE setup on Debian or Ubuntu

Samples
May 04 17:11:07 accel-ipoe[17810]: ipoe1:: recv [RADIUS(1) Access-Accept id=1 <Framed-IP-Address 192.168.0.80> <Session-Timeout 180> <Service-Type Framed-User> <Framed-IP-Netmask 255.255.255.0> <Filter-Id "15000/10000"> <Mikrotik-Rate-Limit "10M/10M">]

Access
SSH access to Debian server (public IP)
Radius servers accessible internally

Next Steps
We are looking for a freelancer who can start immediately, at least help with further development, and potentially support future integration into production.

Please include:
Relevant past experience with Accel-PPP or ISP backhaul systems
Examples or GitHub repos (if any)
Availability and time estimate for the initial setup
