I need a script consultant

I am wanting to go into the writing writing process on a script I have wanted to write for a long time now, but want to go into it intentionally. I would like to hire someone to tell me what to think about when starting and be a continuous hire to read my script as I complete it. I would also appreciate consultation about where to try to sell the script once it is complete.
