I have the core premise and a full cast of characters for a YouTube sitcom inspired by the mock-documentary style of “The Office.” Right now everything lives in note form, so the project is still firmly in the concept/idea stage. What I need next is a writer who can shape this raw material into a coherent, funny, and shoot-ready package.
Here’s the scope:
• Develop a memorable working title (I don’t have one yet—please pitch a few options).
• Expand the concept into a concise series bible: overall premise, character breakdowns, season arc, and tone guidelines.
• Craft a tight pilot script in proper screenplay format (Final Draft, Celtx, or compatible).
• Outline the next five episodes to show how the humor and storylines will evolve.
The comedy style is flexible at this point, so feel free to recommend whether dry, slapstick, or a blend best suits the material once you’ve reviewed the characters.
Deliverables will be accepted once the bible feels production-ready and the pilot lands at industry-standard length with clear act breaks and punch-ups that match the chosen tone.
All files should be delivered in both PDF and an editable screenplay format.
