The Monster Outside

Story boards for this short film. A monster appears in front of a modest home with two nice, but also modest, cars parked in the drive way. Inside the house our main character, Carlos, sleeps on the couch. he is awaken by the shadow of the monster blocking the light from a window that is covering his face. Carlos awakens and pops a nicotine gum that is on the table in front of him along with his wallet and other personal items such as a knife which he uses to open the nicotine gum and as a potential weapon to defend himself against a would be intruder. The monster eventually makes his way in the house. It turns out Carlos is familiar with this monster. They proceed to have a contentious conversation, there is fight, which the monster wins. Eventually Carlos is so fed up with conversation that he goes into another room and grabs a gun and points it at the master. From outside the house we hear a gun shot and a flash. Minutes later Carlos' wife and his children run outside the house in terror. When the cops show up, we follow the cops in the house to learn that Carlos has killed himself with a shot in the head and the master or any evidence that there was a master no where to be found.
