Screewriter for Gangster Indie Movie

I'm looking for a screenwriter to finalize and do a script for a gangster movie which events are taking place in Finland, city of Helsinki and surrounding area. Filming scenes are selected for the project.

Karhu is a middle-aged Finnish gangster following the steps of his grandfather, the bootlegger, who raised him. Karhu is running successful criminal enterprise which has plenty of international ties, but gangster’s life is very stressful, and it is taking its toll.

I need a screenwriter who can work fast and co-op close with me on this project. I'll walk you through what I want from the story and provide basic info for the script including characters. There are two major supporting characters.
