Screenwriter to collaborate with long term

I'm a screenwriter/filmmaker who is looking for a fellow screenwriter and cinema lover to collaborate with on a feature script I am currently outlining. As well, someone who would be interested in collaborating with me for a long-term partnership to co-write several screenplays for films that I plan to produce and direct down the line.
I'm looking for someone who is laser focused on screenwriting, not directing. I will be co-writing with you and then my business partner and I will be using the scripts to seek financing for them.
