Produce a feature film

I am looking for an experienced creative professional to produce a feature film for me. The project will consist of a full-length (80-120 minutes) film, in the sci-fi genre and with a budget of less than $5 million. I need someone who has the skill and resources necessary to successfully complete this project and have worked with Netflix or other platforms. The desired output should be a visually appealing and engaging film that stays true to the genre.
