Pilot/Made for TV Movie Screenplay

I am looking for a writer that can write in an odd-ball (kind of GET Smart) genre of a Rom-Com Crime-solving like Nick and Nora or Torchy Blaine type of show. While the pilot should be a half hour, we are also looking to make it a stand-alone production should we not get picked up for the series. Additionally, if we are picked up, we will require more written episodes, which might also be asked of the writer that gets this job. The title and the story take place in the modern day in a fictional New England City. The show will take place in two primary areas of the city: the very affluent (old money) gated community and the busy upscale downtown area. More details will be shared with the chosen writer. the POV will be from the story's main character, a rich woman reporter. Thank you.
