Looking for a Voice Over Script Writer for Youtube Channel Videos- Long Term

We are looking to build our (freelance) writers, and the tasks involve the following:
- a voiceover script of about 900-1000 words.
- video links to youtube or still photos that correspond to the script.
On average, there about 9-12 paragraphs to the voiceover script, and we expect about 3-5 links per paragraph.
