FILM PRODUCER Wanted for Funding Assistance

I am a writer who has various extended film treatments, one of which is getting very good feedback; who is looking for a film producer to help apply for development funding of a feature length drama/thriller. I need assistance with pre-production, so someone who is well versed in the planning stages, including applying to Film Vic and Film Aus. The successful candidate must have proven experience in pre-production and film production and should ideally be skilled in both independent and studio productions.
