Dramatic WWII Lithuania Screenplay

I will be sitting down with my mother at the end of March to record her memories of how my grandparents endured the Nazi occupation of Lithuania, the brutal Soviet re-occupation that followed, and the underground partisan resistance that kept hope alive. As soon as the interview is transcribed, I’ll pass you the raw audio, the written transcript, family letters, dates, and a handful of photographs so you have authentic reference material.

Your task is to craft a fully formatted, industry-standard screenplay of roughly 90 pages. The tone must stay deeply dramatic, with tension that grows from scene to scene yet remains truthful to the period. I want the story told in third-person limited perspective so we stay close to my grandparents’ emotional journey while still witnessing the larger historical forces pressing in on them.

Key historical beats that must come through:
• Nazi occupation of Lithuania
• Soviet re-occupation
• Partisan resistance movements

Although historical accuracy is critical, the script should flow like a compelling feature film—clear three-act structure, vivid character arcs, and dialogue that feels authentic to 1940s Lithuania (English script, occasional Lithuanian phrases for flavor).

Deliverables
