Toxicology Manuscript Editing & Review

Job ID: 40068677

Budget: $50 – $120 USD

My toxicology research paper is already at the final-draft stage and now needs a thorough professional pass before I submit it to a peer-reviewed journal. I want someone who is fluent in the language of pharmacology—especially toxicology—who can refine grammar and style, check the technical accuracy of terminology, and shape the document so it matches the target journal’s formatting rules.

You will be working with a complete draft (about 7,500 words plus tables, figures and references). I’ll share the journal’s author guidelines, including reference style, section structure, word-count limits and table/figure specifications. Your job is to make sure every element meets those requirements while elevating readability and scientific clarity.

Key deliverables
• Line-by-line grammar and language editing, preserving scientific precision
• Technical review that flags any pharmacological or toxicological inconsistencies, unsupported claims or data presentation issues
• Full formatting overhaul: headings, citations, reference list, tables, figures and supplementary material aligned with the journal’s instructions for authors
• Clean, track-changes version plus a final, submission-ready file (Word)

Acceptance criteria
• No unresolved comments or track changes
• Manuscript passes a scientific spell-check (drug names, units, abbreviations)
• References correctly styled and cross-checked against in-text citations
• Layout ready for direct upload to the journal’s submission portal without further tweaks

If you have a publication record in toxicology or have edited similar papers, that’s exactly the expertise I’m looking for. Once you’ve had a chance to review the draft, let me know your turnaround time and any questions about the journal guidelines, and we can get started right away.
