Scientific Writer for Review Paper (Introduction part)

I am looking for a researcher or scientific writer with a background in Plasma Physics, Laser-Plasma Accelerators (LWFA/LPA), Accelerator Physics, Medical Physics, or Radiation Therapy to help write the Introduction section of a review paper.
This is not an SEO article or a general literature review. I need a technically accurate, well-researched scientific introduction suitable for eventual submission to a peer-reviewed journal.
