Scientific Article Formatting & Math Review
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m finalising a research article in the field of Telecommunications, specifically Wireless Communication, and I’d like a fresh set of expert eyes before submission. The manuscript is technically sound, but I need a careful review focused on four key areas:
• Mathematics – verify every equation, symbol definition, derivation step, and numerical result. Flag inconsistencies and suggest clearer notation where needed.
• Format – check that the manuscript follows standard journal conventions (e.g., section hierarchy, references, figure and table placement, line spacing).
• Figures – assess clarity, resolution, axis labelling, font size, and overall integration with the text. Recommend edits or redrawing if data presentation can be improved.
• Scientific writing – tighten language, improve flow, and eliminate redundancies while preserving my voice and technical precision.
Deliverables
1. A marked-up version (Track Changes in Word or annotated PDF) showing all corrections and comments.
2. A clean, publication-ready version.
3. A short summary highlighting major issues you found and how you resolved them.
Familiarity with telecommunications engineering terminology, LaTeX or Word equation editors, and common IEEE manuscript guidelines will be extremely helpful. If you can turn this around promptly and have demonstrable experience polishing technical papers, I’m looking forward to working with you.
