Seeking an experienced scientific writer and researcher to collaborate as co-author/editor on 4 comprehensive review papers focused on pediatric oncohematology and leukemias. These manuscripts will target Q2-Q3 indexed journals with the goal of timely publication.
Scope of Work
Co-author and edit 4 review manuscripts on topics in pediatric leukemia and oncohematology
Conduct literature reviews and synthesize current research
Structure manuscripts according to target journal guidelines
Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and publication-ready quality
Collaborate on revisions based on peer review feedback
Full co-authorship on all published papers
Required Qualifications
Essential
Proven publication record in oncology, hematology, or pediatric oncology (provide links to published work)
Scientific writing expertise with experience in review article preparation
Deep knowledge of pediatric oncology, particularly leukemias (ALL, AML, or related malignancies)
PhD, MD, or equivalent advanced degree in relevant biomedical field
Experience publishing in Q2-Q3 tier journals
Strong understanding of manuscript formatting and journal submission processes
Preferred
Familiarity with single-cell genomics, minimal residual disease, or precision medicine approaches
Experience with computational oncology or bioinformatics
Track record of successful peer review navigation
Deliverables
4 publication-ready review manuscripts (8,000-12,000 words each)
Formatted according to target journal specifications
Complete with references, figures, and tables
Response to reviewer comments through publication
Timeline
