Hindi Biology Book Translation Biohack by Dr. Parth Goyal

I have an English biology manuscript of well over 100,000 words that now needs to come alive in Hindi for school-age readers. The job goes beyond literal word-for-word work: diagrams, call-outs, margin notes and chapter activities must feel just as engaging in their new language as they do in the original.

You will translate every chapter into clear, age-appropriate Hindi, keeping scientific terminology accurate and consistent. At the same time you will handle full typesetting. The current layout is in Adobe InDesign, complete with colour illustrations and tables; you may stay in InDesign or migrate to an equivalent professional tool as long as the finished product respects Hindi typographic rules—proper Devanagari fonts, ligatures, line breaks and right character fallback for headings and labels.

Because the target audience is school students, I expect an illustrated and engaging style: highlighted keywords, boxed definitions, and relabelled figures should look native, not patched in. Any English text embedded inside images must be replaced with Hindi or covered by a clean vector overlay.

Acceptance criteria: a sample chapter approved before you proceed with the rest, uniform terminology across the book, no spelling or punctuation errors flagged by standard Hindi proofing tools, and every graphic accurately localised.

I will review the first 20 pages within two weeks of project start, then we will lock in milestones for each subsequent section.
