XRD Expert with MAUD Software Skills for Rietveld Analysis

I am looking for an experienced professional in X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis with advanced knowledge of the MAUD (Material Analysis Using Diffraction)software. The goal is to perform Rietveld refinement on multiple polycrystalline material samples to obtain:

- Phase identification and quantification
- Evaluation of crystallite size and microstrain
- (Optional) Texture analysis, if applicable.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in using MAUD software
- Strong background in crystallography and XRD interpretation
- Ability to provide clear reports and, if necessary, discuss the findings
- (Optional) Experience in academic or research settings is a plus
