Inorganic Chemist with experience in Fertilizers -- 2

I am seeking an experienced Inorganic Chemist with expertise in Fertilizers and/or horticulture to assist with a project focused on improving an existing fertilizer formula. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in formulation development in the field of liquid fertilizers.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in inorganic chemistry
- Proven experience in formulation development for liquid fertilizers
- Experience in the hydroponics industry or horticulture
Project Details:
- The project is expected to last more than 3 months.
- The main goal of the project is to improve existing fertilizer formulas and or make new variations of products for the hydroponics industry.
In an ideal situation :
- The chemist will be able to conduct testing, formulating new blends, and optimizing fertilizer composition.
