I am looking for an experienced ImageJ (FIJI) user to conduct quantitative fluorescence intensity analysis and image merging on a comprehensive set of immunofluorescence images. The primary objective is to measure and compare the staining intensity of more than 10 sets of images, focusing on immunofluorescence staining, and to produce high-quality merged images suitable for publication or presentation.
