Budget: $30 – $250 USD

The project is a part of designing our solution to support sailing racing games (in real-world). The purpose is to compare the different 3W (wind/wave/weather) data services and it will help us choose best providers. Rather than a project of development it is a technology screening project.
The report as its outcome is supposed to include but not limited to the following topics,
1, Data fields offered, like wind speed, wind direction, wave height, air temperature, etc.
2, API interface available or NOT
3, Models used in forecasting
4, Resolutions of space and time interval
5, Costal only or offshore coverage
6, Regions it supports
7, Original raw data providers (better if the price and the link can be attached)
8, Prices by different user plans

This research process may be involved by testing APIs, knowledge of REST or WebSocket, and a basic Python skill are preferred in case sample API requests may assist understanding the topics above. In your proposal, it will be appreciated a list of candidates services can be attached (unfortunately on your cost as the first step). The budget is 50 USD.
