Biomechanics Expert for Aesthetic TENS Project

I'm in need of a biomedical engineer with particular experience and expertise in Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS). The focus of this project is an application centered around aesthetics instead of the traditional therapeutic applications.
Some skills and experiences that will be beneficial include:
* A deep understanding of TENS application in biomechanics.
* Original research or work experience in aesthetic applications
* A comprehensive background in TENS technology to provide insight for improvement.
The main goal of this project is to create a TENS model for anti aging purpose for at home device use. I believe your input could be instrumental in reaching that objective.
