Control board design for Snacks Vending Machine

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to design a control board for my snacks vending machine. The control board needs to be an advanced one with touchscreen capabilities, running on DC power, and that includes mandatory security features. The control board needs to be able to provide reliable control and management for the vending machine. Experience with control panel design and integration is desired. Control board should also be able to work as a cashless payment device accepting UPI QR code based payments and compatible with credit card reader.
