ESP32-based IoT PCB Layout Design & Review
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello,
I am looking for an experienced PCB designer to complete schematic review and PCB layout for an ESP32-based industrial IoT board using EasyEDA (Collaborator mode).
Scope of Work
1. PCB Outline & Mechanical Alignment The PCB outline must match an existing device layout based on measurements and connector positions that I will provide.
There is no reference Gerber file, so the board outline must be recreated carefully and confirmed with me before routing.
2. Schematic Review & Improvement (Important) You must review the schematic and confirm it is electrically correct and suitable for stable operation, including:
Component ratings verification
Power design validation
Decoupling and grounding
ESP32 stability considerations
LM2596 switching regulator layout considerations
Identification of missing or incorrect components
If any improvement is required, you must suggest changes before PCB layout begins.
3. RFID Circuit Integration An RFID reader circuit must be integrated directly into the schematic and PCB design (not as a separate module).
The RFID section must be properly placed and routed as part of the main PCB layout.
Further details will be provided after project start.
4. Placement Draft (Mandatory) A component placement draft must be shared for approval before routing begins.
5. Deliverables
Updated schematic (if modified)
PCB layout in EasyEDA
Gerber files
Pick-and-place file
BOM
EasyEDA project shared in Collaborator mode
6. Revision Support Please mention how many minor R&D revision rounds are included.
Timeline
First complete draft expected in 3–4 days.
This is negotiable depending on experience and communication quality.
Preferred Experience
ESP32 PCB design
Switching regulator layout (LM2596 or similar)
2-layer PCB grounding and noise control
Assembly-ready PCB design
Please share examples of similar work when applying.
Thank you.
