HTML & CSS Website Build -- 2

I’m getting ready to launch a new site and need a front-end specialist who can translate ideas into fast, responsive code. Depending on what we decide together, the scope may range from a complete, multi-page website built with clean HTML5 and CSS3 to a set of standalone static pages, or even a focused task such as recolouring and refining the existing SVG / Font Awesome icons so everything feels cohesive.
You’ll start by reviewing the rough sitemap and sketches I already have; if something is missing, I’m happy for you to suggest layout improvements so the final result is modern, accessible, and lightweight. Once the structure is confirmed, I’d like semantic markup, well-organised Sass (or pure CSS if you prefer), clear comments, and minimal external dependencies—vanilla JavaScript is fine for small interactions, but no bulky libraries unless absolutely needed.
When the job is done, I expect the following:
• All HTML files, validated and W3C-compliant
• Source and compiled CSS (or SCSS) in an organised folder structure
• Any updated or newly created icon files (SVG, webfont, or sprites) ready for production use
• A concise README explaining build steps, class naming, and any helper scripts
