format recode sas code

I am an inexperienced SAS user looking for a programmer to help me recode a SAS program and walk me through how they are doing it. The current format of the SAS program is SAS 9.4 and I’m hoping to see improvements in efficiency with the recoding to be more easy to read and maintain in the future. There is no specific deadline for this small project, so I am open to negotiation on the timeline. Looking for a patient programmer who likes to teach with a background in SAS and experience in coding efficiency improvements.
