Observational Study Statistical Analysis
Budget: €3,000 – €5,000 EUR
I have an Austrian multi-center observational clinical dataset ready for deep statistical exploration. Your task is to take this raw data, check its structure, and generate solid evidence that will feed directly into our upcoming manuscript and conference slide deck.
The analysis I need goes beyond simple summaries. I expect a full suite of descriptive statistics to paint a clear baseline picture, regression models to uncover associations and adjust for covariates, and survival analysis to examine time-to-event outcomes. The data are de-identified and already cleaned to GCP standards, so you can move straight into coding.
Deliverables
• A well-commented R, SAS or Stata script (your choice) covering descriptive statistics, regression analysis and survival analysis
• A concise statistical report (Word or PDF) that interprets the findings in plain language, includes tables and publication-quality figures, and highlights any limitations
• A short call or recorded walkthrough answering my methodological questions and confirming reproducibility
Acceptance criteria
• All code runs end-to-end on my machine without edits
• Numerical outputs match the report exactly
• Methods and assumptions are documented clearly enough for peer review
