Data cleaning using SAS -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with data cleaning and data manipulation using SAS. The project involves working with both structured and unstructured data, with the data set being less than 1GB in size. Although I do not have a specific cleaning process in mind, I do have some guidelines that the freelancer should follow. My data is a raw data from clinic and it is a longitudinal data observed over ten years. Sample size around 3,000
