use SAP ABAP to Create WBS Easy Cost Planning for project

we are trying to create a WBS(Work Breakdown structure) ECP in SAP dev environment. The input is PROJ~PSPID, WBS element, etc. The procedure starts with crreate object for CL_WRAP_PROJ_CK, then CREATE_NEW_COST_ESTIMATE. You should understand WBS ECP well.
