Traceability System using Microsoft Dynamics Nav

We are preparing for the production of our electricity meter and our aim is to track every part and product throughout the manufacturing process using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). Tracking of the components must be done from the moment when the raw materials enter the factory to the moment when the final products are shipped. The 3 PCB boards available in our meter will be assembled with several parts assembled with the help of third parties in addition to other raw materials that spread into plastics, steel, electronics and miscellaneous parts. Once the assembly is completed, we must have a detailed report containing all the parts assembled, reports, tests completed associated for the serial number of this particular product.
