Senior SAP FICO Consultant for Real Estate
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I'm seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant for a three-month onsite contract in Hochiminh city, Vietnam. The Senior SAP FICO Consultant will provide expert-level support, configuration, and implementation of the SAP Financial and Controlling (SAP FICO) module. This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of SAP FICO projects while guiding and mentoring more junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams and deliver SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and enhancements projects on time and within budget
• Determine functional requirements through solution design, data modeling and configuration
• Configure the core FICO modules including G/L, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, etc.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions within SAP FICO
• Mentor and coach other team members on SAP FICO best practices
• Analyze business needs, perform fit/gap analysis and provide recommendations
• Create and deliver training content and workshops for end users
• Serve as the technical lead for projects and act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders
• Continuously research and stay up to date on the latest SAP FICO releases and technologies
• Analyze business processes and translate them into optimal FICO configurations
• Develop functional specifications and technical design documents
• Provide post go-live support, issue resolution and system maintenance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
• Minimum 6+ years of experience with SAP FICO implementations
• High level of technical skills in SAP FICO modules
• FICO Consultant or higher SAP certification
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of leading and delivering multiple FICO projects successfully
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex issues
