Seeking A SAP Grants Management Specialist (Long Term Contractor/Hourly)

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking a full-time contractor SAP Grants Management Specialist for a K12 work environment.
This position will focus primarily on Grants Management (GM) Reporting needs, but will also be responsible for GM Ledger functionality including grant master data maintenance, development of functional specifications and testing. Additional responsibilities include:
??Creating Master Data Records
??Processing Year End Grant Rollovers (positions and purchase orders)
Year End Grant Reporting
??Daily Grant Module Functions (e.g. budget transfers, amendments)
??Other assignments associated with grants in reference to budgets
??Documenting functional specifications for new and updated processes (WRICEF) as well as testing in all environments.
Supporting end-users, including incident management and training
??Support other functional team members as needed, serving as a Business Systems Analyst, especially related to master data, functional specification writing, and testing
Education and Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher plus 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SAP Grants Management and Funds Management Modules
Understanding of K12 environment
Strong Excel/analysis skills
Fluent English
Background in Advanced Analytics
