Sap Expert ABAP Developer - Need help with GP12N tcode

I need someone who knows GP12N functional and technical really well cause I want to upload millions of planned budgets from period 1 to period 13 through a custom program. The goal of this project is to help me and guide me to develop this program fast through live calls, peer programming.
