SAP SD/MM process testing in IDES envionment

Hi, I have a new SAP IDES database and need somebod who can test 2 full processes from end user side:
Order to Cash
Procure to Pay
Idealls the consultant should also create a small list of elements to use for exercises

I will need:
20 materials to procure
20 materials to sell
20 vendors
29 customers

If u speak italian this is a plus since we will need to work with the environment in italian, so alla materials alse need to have translations.
