SAP B1-eCommerce API Sync
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I need a developer who can connect my eCommerce store to SAP Business One through the official API so that stock levels and order details move automatically between the two systems. The focus is on two-way, near-real-time synchronisation of:
• Inventory updates (SKU, quantity, warehouse)
• Order processing data (new sales, status changes, fulfilment info)
The goal is to eliminate manual CSV uploads and give our team live visibility inside SAP B1 while keeping the web shop accurate for customers.
You are free to choose the most efficient approach—Service Layer REST endpoints, DI API, webhooks or a middleware layer—as long as it is robust, well-documented and can handle our current daily volume of roughly a thousand SKUs and several hundred orders.
Deliverables
• Source code or integration package with clear configuration instructions
• Mapping documentation for all synced fields
• A short hand-off session (screen-share or recorded) showing deployment and basic troubleshooting
• Success criteria: inventory and orders sync in both directions without errors during a full business-day test window
If you have prior SAP B1 API work—especially tying into popular eCommerce platforms—please mention it along with your estimated timeline and cost
Further Ad Hoc work will be required, depending on performance.
