SAP Workflow Manager
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
We are looking for a SAP workflow manager to FICOFA/IHC/SD/PS/Concur/HR/PY/CS/WPS modules.
Job description:
Manages SAP others workflow set up
Investigates actual situation/work flows concerning FICO/IHC/SD/PS ... and defines best practice to introduce new work flows
Creates and communicates system functionality templates in required areas. Enables and secures cross functionalities between different modules
Manages activities and meetings
Coordinates activities between WP SAP program projects and streams
Describes and documents workflow with relevant parties
Supports the project work
Communicates relevant information to all required project stakeholders
Participates in planning and testing phases. Provides required documents
Ability to travel and fluent communication in multicultural environment
Identifies requirements for later S4/HANA upgrade and takes all precautions regarding future update (as far as possible)
Active cooperation and coordination between related specialist
Key user training in WP area
Reporting to program manager
Technology/system requirements:
Good SAP FICO and IHC skills
Good knowledge in several of these SAP modules/applications (especially PY): SD/PS/Concur/HR/PY/CS/WPS
Method requirements:
Understands complexity in developing FICO/IHC workflows in general and with special focus of actual situation in SE WP division
ability to transform required workflows into specific templates
Language requirements:
Solid English speaking and writing skills mandatory
skills in one of the following or several languages useful: German, Czech, Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, Finnish, Swedish, Estonian and Russian
Experience level:
5-10 years of hands-off experience in SAP FICO and IHC required
Previous experience on implementing similar activities
Job location:
Rotating, Austria, Czech R., Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Russia.
Remote work is possible, if no presence at the mills is required.

March 2022 - April 2023 (14 months)
