SAP Workflow Automation Setup

I handle daily workflow and task management directly inside SAP, and too much of that time is still spent clicking through menus to pull routine reports. I want a reliable automation that will take over the full report-generation cycle—from triggering the job on schedule or event, through compiling the data inside SAP, to exporting and delivering the finished report to the right stakeholders.

Here is what success looks like to me:
• The solution plugs into our existing SAP environment without requiring Trello, Asana, JIRA or any external task board.
• I can define which standard or custom reports should run, how often they run, and where the output goes (SAP spool, shared drive, email, etc.).
• Once set up, I should be able to adjust schedules or report parameters myself without touching code.
• Clear hand-over documentation and a quick walk-through session are provided so my in-house team can maintain the automation.

I’m open to whichever approach you feel is best—ABAP jobs, SAP GUI scripting, an RPA layer such as UiPath, Power Automate, or SAP Build Process Automation—as long as it’s stable and supportable. Please let me know your preferred method, the deliverables you would provide, and a rough timeline for getting this live.
