SAP Utility Uninstall + Expansion of Tables For "Data Pull"

I am looking for a qualified freelancer to help me uninstall an existing SAP utility and then expand multiple tables for a data pull. Specifically, I am looking for assistance with uninstalling SAP HANA and SAP ECC; after which I need help expanding more than 10 tables in order to pull maintenance data. The successful freelancer will have significant experience in working with multiple SAP systems and must be able to complete the project within the specified time frame.
