SAP E2E Testing Strategy - SAP BDC SAP BTP
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a clear, actionable approach that will let my team validate our end-to-end business processes in SAP before we hit the critical go-live window. The strategy must cover every environment we will test in, outline the pre-requisites for each, map cross-system dependencies, spell out data requirements, and lock down timelines—we are ready to move forward ASAP.
While the exact functional scope is still being finalised, the plan should anticipate commonly integrated areas such as Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) so that adding or removing a module later is straightforward. Please weave proven practices from tools you know well—SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Jira, or similar—into the methodology where they make sense.
Deliverables
• A concise test-strategy document detailing objectives, environment architecture and governance
• Dependency matrix showing interfaces, cut-over impacts and sequence constraints
• Data management plan covering master, transactional and anonymised test data sets
• Gantt-style timeline with milestones, entry/exit criteria and resource touchpoints
• Risk log with mitigation tactics tied back to each dependency or data constraint
I’m looking for a consultant who can keep the narrative tight, the templates practical, and who can turn this around quickly without sacrificing clarity.
