SAP FI Support Consultant

My team already runs SAP ERP in production and we now need an experienced hand to keep the Financial Accounting (FI) module running smoothly. I’m interested purely in Support and Maintenance—no green-field implementation or classroom training—so your day-to-day focus will be stabilising what is live and helping us squeeze more value from it.

You’ll be my go-to expert when users hit roadblocks, when configuration needs a quick tweak after a patch, or when period-end jobs misbehave. Typical requests include reconciliations that refuse to balance, posting issues triggered by new tax rules, and the occasional integration hiccup with CO and MM. I expect quick diagnostics, clear explanations of root cause, and clean transport moves through our landscape (DEV > QA > PRD).

Deliverables
• On-call issue resolution with concise incident notes in English
• Preventive health checks on key FI components (GL, AP, AR, asset sub-ledger)
• Small enhancement or configuration changes documented and moved to production via standard SAP transport procedure
• Knowledge transfer summaries after each significant fix so my internal finance staff can follow what was done

Success for me means zero critical FI errors during month-end close and shorter turnaround times on everyday tickets.
