SAP SmartForm Barcode Layout

I need a SAP ABAP SmartForm built that prints a Code 128 barcode label on our Zebra printers. The label must show three textual elements—Product Name, Product ID and Production Date—alongside the machine-readable barcode.
You will design the SmartForm layout, embed the Code 128 barcode, map the required product fields to the SAP structure I provide and ensure the output is optimised for Zebra (ZPL). Once finished, I want to transport it to our QA system and print a test label without any manual tweaks.
Deliverables:
• SmartForm object and any custom style / text elements
• Transport request or XML export file
• Short ABAP driver program for test printing
• Screenshot or PDF of the successful Zebra print
The work is complete when the sample label scans correctly and the three text fields are clearly legible. If you have experience with SmartForms on ECC or S/4HANA and have driven Zebra printers before, this task should be straightforward.
